Facts of recognition

In around 2009, the Plaintiff had undergone the Athroid cancer surgery at the Gangwonbuk Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”) and had undergone an inspection on whether or not the Athroid cancer operations regularly every six months.

On September 7, 2012, the doctor affiliated with the Defendant Hospital confirmed the closure of the report as a result of the chest CT examination conducted against the Plaintiff on September 7, 2012, and recommended the Plaintiff to undergo a close inspection.

Accordingly, on October 2, 2012, the Plaintiff visited the Defendant Hospital, and the chest X and doctor B of the Defendant Hospital shown CT photograph image to the Plaintiff, and there appears to be approximately 1.3 cm in the closure, and the possibility of pulmonary cancer is about 80-90%, so the Plaintiff solicited the Plaintiff to undergo an operation.

On October 8, 2012, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on October 12, 2012, and was scheduled to perform an operation on October 12, 2012. The Defendant Hospital was a prosecutor who, on October 11, 2012, can verify the body of the Plaintiff’s Ambassador by using F-18-FDG, which is a radiation drug, using the PET PET test PET.

PET-CT does not show accurate autopsyic images in the PET, and shows the autopsyic images of the parts, which the Ambassador of the Dopodo Party resisted, by carrying out the CT inspection together.

On October 12, 2012, the Defendant Hospital performed an operation with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant operation”).

As a result of the organizational inspection on the parts of the pulmonary department, which was cut off through the instant surgery, the Plaintiff was found to be a pulmonary tuberculosis, not a waste cancer.
