On November 28, 2013, around 23:50 on November 28, 2013, the Defendant driven B car under the influence of alcohol content 0.094% with approximately one kilometer from the front road of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Guro-gu to the front road of about 23:56 on the same day.
