A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 28, 2017, the Defendant suffered bodily injury, i.e., the victim’s head while drinking alcohol together with the victim D (D, remaining, 50 years of age) at C Gasan City, Do Do Do 20 on January 23:20, 2017. The Defendant inflicted bodily injury, i.e., two open wounds where the victim needs to receive medical treatment for about 14 days in radio, by drinking the victim’s head.

2. Special assaulting the Defendant cited beer’s disease, which is a dangerous object, while wraping with D at the aforementioned time and place.

C Garan employee E (n, 50 years of age) was flive at one time, and assaulted the victim's head by drinking twice.

In favorable circumstances: The defendant was investigated by the investigative agency and was found to have committed a special injury among the crimes of this case.

There is no history of criminal punishment for the defendant.

Unfavorable circumstances: the defendant is dangerous.
