Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since from around 2000, the Defendant had been punished for fraud several times due to the failure to borrow money from other persons, the Defendant had no intention and ability to repay the money even if it borrowed money from the victim C, and was registered as a person with bad credit standing since 10 years ago.
Nevertheless, this paper tried to obtain money from victims for various loans using the mental disorder of the victim C, who is the victim with a disability of the second degree of intellectual disability and the victim with a disability of the second degree of disability in a de facto marital relationship with the defendant.
1.
