Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall infringe on any property right protected by author's property right by means of reproduction, public performance, broadcasting, exhibition, transmission or distribution.

1. On September 201, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet file sharing site (www.irirftile.co.kr) to the ID (www) “C” (www) at the Internet site; and (b) distributed “C” as a copyrighted work of the victim E company to the said Internet site in a way that many and unspecified members downloaded.

2. On November 201, 201, the Defendant visited the Internet file sharing site (ww.appe.com) to an Arabic (D) called “F” at the Internet site, and distributed the film “final illness activation”, which is the work of the Defendant’s media, to the said Internet site, in a way that many and unspecified members downloaded with it.

On December 4, 2009, the Defendant, “2014 High 33,” issued each of the relevant works, each of which is the work of the victims indicated in the column for accusation, as written in the attached Form No. 5 of the Crimes List (except for the Marine Corps, in the order of 5, the Marine Corps, in which “C,” had access to the Internet at a non-place (www.dbtile.co.kr) by using the ID, “C,” and distributed the film “Syst-FF No.”, a work of the victim G company, to the above Internet site, to the extent that many and unspecified members are downloaded.
