A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2013, the Defendant concluded an installment contract to the effect that the Defendant purchased the vehicle of horse set C at the Egyptian Egyptian Egyptian Egyptian, and that “it shall receive a loan of KRW 27 million from the victim, but the loan interest shall be paid KRW 488,362, and the loan interest shall be paid KRW 520,731, monthly between the remainder 59 and the remainder 59 months,” and set up a mortgage on the said vehicle under the victim’s name.

On October 30 of the same year, the Defendant paid only KRW 490,094 on the first time, including interest in arrears, and had gotten into drinking on November 8 of the same year to dispose of the said car at the seat where the driver’s license is revoked.

Therefore, on November 11, 201 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) borrowed the said vehicle from the name sub-spe in D as collateral and failed to repay the borrowed money until February 10, 2014, which was the date of the repayment agreement; (b) was continuously urged by the employees of the victim company due to overdue payment, but at that time, the Defendant sent the said vehicle to non-speak in name and prevented the victim from exercising the mortgage by allowing the victim from using the said vehicle to grasp the location of the said vehicle.

As such, the Defendant concealed his own car, which was the object of the victim’s mortgage, thereby hindering the victim’s exercise of mortgage.
