Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 28, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant sought the victim E (the age of 29) who returned to the Defendant’s living together, was suspected to have returned to the Defendant’s living together at the front of the C main point located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.
