Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2016, the Defendant driven a car B while under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 0.159% from the 20km section to the neighboring road of the Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, 27-3, in the quantity near the Yangyang-si bus terminal at 15:10 on the same day.
