Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is a school safety mutual aid business operator established pursuant to the Act on the Prevention of and Compensation for School Safety Accidents (hereinafter “School Safety Act”), and the Plaintiff is attending a B high school affiliated with the Defendant.

4. The term "educational activities" means activities falling under any of the following items:

Article 37 (Disability Benefits) (1) If the beneficiary who has received medical care benefits under Article 36 has any disability even after the medical care has been completed, the amount prescribed in Article 3 (2) 3 of the State Compensation Act and consolation money prescribed in Article 3 (5) of the same Act shall be paid to the beneficiary or his/her guardian, etc.
(2) Matters necessary for criteria for determining the degree of disability and methods for calculating and paying disability benefits under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
