Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to the classification of the types, areas, etc. of mountainous districts

Nevertheless, between June 25, 2014 and June 26, 2014, the Defendant removed trees planted in the above forest land, such as island-type trees 10 glus, etc. for the purpose of constructing a new house, and changed the form and quality of stone by cutting off and embling them by using a refluoring season, etc.
