A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

3. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant found a site for the reclamation of earth and sand located in the N in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and works at that place. The Defendant is the representative of the victim interest settlement center.
