A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2007, the Defendant received a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch on October 19, 2007, and a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court on January 2, 2012.

On September 30, 2013, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle for the Category C in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.168% without a driver’s license, at a distance of about 300 meters from the front of the Gamyang-si, which is located in the Manyang-si Pungyang-si, to the front of the 300-meter Manyang-si.
