Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2014, at around 0.120% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a crocketing car at approximately 30 meters away from the front day of the Geumjin-gun, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-do to the front day of the Gangnam Love Hospital located in the same Eup, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.120%.
