1. The Defendant’s KRW 13,073,00 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 15% per annum from January 24, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and June 1, 2019.

The Plaintiff’s assertion: (a) determined by the Defendant as KRW 27,50,00 (excluding value-added tax) on the fourth floor, fifth floor, second underground floor, etc. of the D Sports Center building in Dongjak-gu Seoul (hereinafter “instant building”); (b) determined as KRW 3,930,00 (excluding value-added tax) the installation of electric and telecommunication equipment for the first floor E stores of the instant building; and (c) determined as KRW 15,60,00 (excluding value-added tax) the installation of electric and telecommunications equipment, etc. for the first floor E stores of the instant building; and (d) completed each contracted construction after completing the construction (the total construction cost included in value-added tax); and (e) the Defendant paid KRW 21,50,000,000 to the Plaintiff with the payment of KRW 30,300,000,000 per annum from the following day of the application of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Payment of 30,002 won and delay damages.

2. Determination
