Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2014, at around 03:50 on October 13, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.135% without a car driver’s license, driven the said vehicle, and driven the front of the new Tridong, Young-gu, Young-gu, Sinwon-gu, Sinwon-si, along the network direction from the flow direction to the network direction
