Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a seafarer's day, and is a person engaged in the operation of B A-to-purd motor vehicle.

On August 6, 2012, around 23:30 on August 6, 2012, the said vehicle was driven under the influence of alcohol by 0.109% in blood alcohol concentration (equipment measurement) from the front of the fishery harbor complex located in the State-Sin-si (Yan-si) to the front road of the Gando-Eup located in the same Sinsan-Eup.
