Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with C, from November 10, 2013 to November 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with C, 19 rooms installed in approximately 140 square meters in the area of approximately 140 square meters in E “E”, and (b) arranged F, a female sexual traffic, to engage in sexual intercourse or similar behavior.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
