The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On March 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 18:35, the instant facts charged committed assault against the victim D(59 years of age) in front of his residence in Ansan-si; (b) the use of a flab flag at the same time became a vision; and (c) the use of a flab with flab and flab by the flab; and (d) the Defendant committed assault

2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since it is acknowledged that the victim expressed his/her intention not to punish the defendant on March 6, 2014, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
