The defendant shall pay 45,00,000 won to the plaintiff. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.

1. On May 20, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant with respect to the C building and Jinju-si, 45,000,000 won as security deposit, and the contract term from May 23, 2019 to May 22, 2020, and thereafter, the Plaintiff paid all security deposit and resided in the said officetel.

On February 17, 2020, two months before the expiration of the contract term, the Plaintiff notified the termination of the lease contract, and requested the return of the deposit for the lease on April 3, 2020. The lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant terminated on May 22, 2020.

Therefore, the defendant should return 45,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
