The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. In fact, the Defendant: (a) was unable to find the F inn's accommodation and to request the F to introduce sexual traffic women; (b) the Defendant refused to do so; (c) was given KRW 30,00 to F in the process; and (d) was given to women who were accommodated in the Madn's accommodation.

On the other hand, the defendant did not arrange sexual traffic because it was merely about 30,000 won.

B. The sentence of the lower court’s improper sentencing (one million won in penalty) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. Determination 1 on the assertion of mistake of facts) The Defendant also argued to the effect that it is identical to the assertion of mistake of the above facts, and the lower court, as to this, the lower court: (i) the witness F heard the horses from a female infinite name, and delivered 100,000 won to the female infinite name, and (ii) the female inf infinite name was D; and (iii) the Defendant, who was in D infinite, took a large amount of alcohol to the female infinite name.

“F is a woman in its fry with the word “F.”

“The Defendant delivered KRW 30,00 to the Defendant, who introduced the sexual traffic women to F, made a statement to the effect that F was given additional KRW 70,000 to the female sexual traffic more than twice. ② The F was in a state of drinking at the time, and the purport of the statement was somewhat unclear due to mental disorder, but the Defendant clearly stated that he was given money to the Defendant as a whole and received sexual traffic women as a whole. However, this is partially consistent with the contents stated to the police officer immediately after the instant case, and the witness G had a correct response to his intention at the time of the report by F.

the witness G’s statement (the witness G’s legal statement and investigation records No. 7 pages of the investigation records) and its credibility may be recognized.

(3) A witness G was dispatched to the site after receiving a report from F, and paid 20,000 won in return for sexual traffic from F.
