If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the left-hand eye of the victim in need of approximately two weeks of treatment by walking the victim's face while drinking with the victim D (58 years of age) who was under the influence of alcohol. In other words, the Defendant suffered injury on the left-hand side of the victim in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.
