Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to a call for military force mobilization training.

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant received a notice of convening a call for military force mobilization training from the Defendant’s house located in Youngsi-gu B or 301, from June 27, 2017 to June 29, 2017, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, 21, to undergo military force mobilization training conducted at the mobilization training site, but did not participate in the training without justifiable grounds.
