Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

The Defendants conspired to withdraw cash by using the F-owned Japanese bank eck card (G) with the fact that the F is under the influence of alcohol.

At around 10:00 on the same day, the Defendants were able to obtain 3,00,000 won in the alcohol value by informing F of the card and password owned by F, which was held by the said entertainment drinking club employee J, while drinking alcohol with F while drinking alcohol with F under the influence of alcohol, and Defendant B requested to find 3,00,000 won in the alcohol value.

around 12:23 October 2012, the Defendants received 3,000,000 won in cash, which the employees J withdrawn on three occasions from the U.S. cash payment machines established at the victim new bank dong-dong 1, Busan Metropolitan City, Seosan-dong branch.

As a result, the Defendants conspired, using the F-owned physical card, withdrawn and stolen the cash owned by the victim by 3 million won.
