The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively weapons, etc.) and obstruction of business among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and the free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the establishment of co-principals and the legitimacy of industrial action

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
