A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts

On June 24, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven a B-ro alcohol vehicle while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.174% while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.174%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from approximately 1.5 km section in front of the C-si, Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, to the warning route in front of the G-si, Kim Jong-si.
