A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The certificates of total list of seized articles shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek District Court’s Housing Site Board, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 3, 2013, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant, who attempted to manufacture philophones, had been willing to manufacture philophones acquired from the manufacturer technology of the Mestopphones (one-name “philophones”; hereinafter “philophones”) which is a primary mental medicine in the past, using manufacturing technology.

From April 6, 2015 to February 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) continuously purchased manufacturing tools and equipment, such as fluorine, such as 2,896 sick and pyrodine, heavy rain, chlodin, ludin, red lux, and blodin, and so on; (b) made the Defendant’s decision again on the pyrodin’s residential container located in the Dong-gu, U.S.; (c) made it possible to extract py from the ludin residential area of the Defendant’s ethyl body by means of dilution extraction through dilution and dilution; and (d) made the Defendant’s decision again at the ludin residential area of the ludinary container, which had been made of an ludinary substance again from the ludin residential area of the Defendant’s ethyl body by means of cutting down the ludinary substance again from the ludin residential area of the Defendant’s ethyl body.

2. Medication of phiphones.

B. On January 2016, the Defendant, who administered a scopon, shall be punished on January 1, 2016.
