Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2011, the Defendant purchased Bbee cruise vehicles in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and took out a loan of KRW 29.9 million from the victim Hyundai Gaton Co., Ltd., and set up a mortgage on the said vehicles to the right holder. However, around November 201, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s exercise of rights by delivering and concealing the said vehicles to the non-resident on the non-resident’s name.
