Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 8591"
1. Crimes against C;
A. On December 1, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would have a permanently leased apartment at LH to Incheon Gyeyang-gu G, but would have it sold in lots upon paying the down payment,” at the coffee shop near the EF branch in Gyeyang-gu Incheon (hereinafter referred to as Gyeyang-gu, Incheon).”
However, the above permanent rental apartment was not constructed at that time, and even if the above money was received, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to allow the purchase of permanent rental apartment even if the money was received from the victim.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 3.38 million won from the victim as the sales contract deposit on the 2th of the same month.
B. On November 2018, 2018, the Defendant, at the victim’s house located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, had one copy of the IMO card owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
C. On December 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) in the course of settling KRW 1,800 for game costs at the JPC room located in the Buddhist area of Incheon or lower level; (b)
From around that time to June of the same month, such as having 301,00 won, totaled 301,000 won, as shown in the attached Table 1, such as the following from around the time of the occurrence of the stolen C’s eck card as stated in the paragraph, by presenting the eck card as one’s own, and allowing the settlement of the above amount with the said card, and by using the stolen eck card
2. On February 26, 2019, the Defendant, who committed the crime against K, proposed to arrange for K to take a loan from L near the city of the Gyeonggi-do, with K’s resident registration certificate, cellular phone, credit card, etc., and installed the fish rink by each bank on the K’s cell phone after obtaining the resident registration certificate, cell phone, credit card, etc.
Therefore, the defendant is above the defendant at the Buddhist land of March 1, 2019.
