Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On June 27, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on June 23:42, 2014, and got left to the left in the direction of the Maritime Traffic Fire Station while driving a downway road that is located in the middle-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, with no lanes from the direction of the spora distance.
