Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On December 31, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on December 31, 2009. On May 17, 2011, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and was sentenced to imprisonment for a year and six months on July 16, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
On April 26, 2020, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven a Dbee cruise car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.139% while under the influence of alcohol, and led to two-lanes between the two-lanes from the intersection of the E company car to the F intersection.
Since there are three lanes, the driver has a duty of care to operate the steering staff by accurately operating the steering and steering system in a way that he/she well sees the steering side according to his/her driving lane.
