The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one and half years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On August 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court, and the period of parole was expired on December 24, 2015 and May 6, 2016 during the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court. On August 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Central District Court of Seoul, and on February 15, 2017, the Defendant terminated the execution of the final sentence at the Seoul District Court on June 30, 2017, by being sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor for an occupational crime of embezzlement.
[Criminal facts] As interest and living expenses for bonds are required, the Defendant entered a remote gold room in Incheon, which is a residence, and carried with things as if they were living, and received precious metals and brought away.
1. On September 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a “D” bank located in Sung-nam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) changed to show that the Defendant would have displayed the arms with the victim E as if he would purchase gold scrap; (c) taken a 2.1 million net gold sheet (10,000 won in the market price) from the victim; and (d) taken a look at the same as a hand, and escaped as it was.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
2. On October 31, 2017, the Defendant entered the “G” bank located in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, around 17:45, Oct. 31, 2017, and asked the victim H to show that the girs, which had been displayed as if he/she would purchase gold girs to purchase the gold girs, and then examined two net gold girs equivalent to the total market value of KRW 3.130,000,000 (total 15,000), and escaped as they were.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
3. The Defendant committed the crime of November 14, 2017: (a) entered the “J” bank located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do on November 14, 2017; and (b) appears to refer to the booms, which had been displayed as if he would purchase gold booms to the victim K; and (c) appears to have been damaged by the victim.
