A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) thought that the victim C (here, 49 years of age) who had died before towing around 20:00, she met another male; (b) thought that the victim C (here, 49 years of age) was in mind of drinking another male; (c) asked the victim to rape; and (d) around that time, the victim was in front of the victim’s E convenience store located in Hari-si, Hari-si; (d) called the victim’s home before the victim’s H building located in Hari-si, Hari-si, Hari-si; and (e) refused the victim; and (d) the victim was able to take the victim’s debt at one time at the victim’s head, her head, and her head, her head, her head, and her head, her head, her head, and her head.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) saw the victim into the Defendant’s house located in the above H building 304; (b) saw the victim’s head by gathering the pents in the house; (c) seeing the victim’s face and body at a four-year time; (d) sees the victim’s face and body on the hand; (c) sees the victim’s face and body on the hand; and (d) sees the victim’s face and body on the hand, she does not have to die here; (d) she goes off the victim’s bar and panty; and (e) she was tight and pushed the Defendant’s sexual organ on the victim’s face; and (e) she refused this; (e) again, she tried to enter the victim’s chest with the hand floor, she did not come into the victim’s chest, and (e) she did so by inserting the victim’s name on the part of the victim; and (e) she did not come into the victim’s her part of the victim’s sex.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to rape the victim through violence or intimidation, and attempted to commit it.
