1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants and the defendant (appointed parties) are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 5, 2009, AF Forest 33,719 square meters (hereinafter “AF forest before the division”) was divided into a 5,291 square meters of AF forest, AG forest 9,753 square meters (hereinafter “AG forest after the division”), AH forest 2,976 square meters (hereinafter “AH forest after the division”), an AI forest 2,645 square meters (hereinafter “AH forest after the division”), AJ forest 6,612 square meters (hereinafter “AJ forest after the division”), AJ forest 6,642 square meters (hereinafter “AJ forest after the division”), AK forest 6,42 square meters (hereinafter “AK forest after the division”), and subsequent division into a AF forest 5,291 square meters, AF forest 1,983 square meters (hereinafter “AF forest after the division”), AM forest 1,324 square meters (hereinafter “AM forest and forest 1,294 square meters after the division”).
B. The Plaintiff and Defendant M&D completed the registration of ownership transfer on the same day with respect to shares of 1/2 of the AF forests and fields prior to the subdivision on June 21, 2005. Of the AF forests and fields prior to the subdivision on July 26, 2006, with respect to shares of 2/34 shares in the name of Defendant Q&C on September 8, 2006 and March 6, 2007, with respect to shares of 662/3,719 shares in the name of 662/3,719 shares in the name of 1,984/3,719 shares in the name of Defendant T&D on December 29, 206, in the name of 1,984/3,719 shares in the name of 1,98, 2, 314/3,719 shares in the shares in the AF forests and fields, and the shares in the same year.
7. As to the shares in 662/33,719 on July 15, 2008, each registration of ownership transfer was completed on August 4, 2008 with respect to shares in 6,612/33,719 shares in the name of Defendant Thai-in on July 15, 2008.
C. Of AF forest land before subdivision, NN with respect to shares 1,324/33,719 in Defendant B on June 2, 2008, with respect to shares 330/33,719 in Defendant N on June 2, 2008, with respect to shares 90/33,719 in Defendant C on the fourth day of the same month, with respect to shares 459/3,719 in Defendant D on the 9th day of the same month, with respect to shares 331/3,719 in Defendant G on the 19th day of the same month, with respect to shares 331/3,719 in Defendant G on the 19th day of the same month, as to shares 731/75/3,719 in Defendant R on October 75, 19, in Defendant R on the 20th day of the same month, as to shares 25/3719 shares in Defendant K on the 20th day of the same month.
