Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was unable to bring an action against the Defendant’s denial at the Defendant’s home located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 102, and the Defendant’s victims E (40) avoided such disturbance frequently.

Meanwhile, the Defendant had been operating Internet shopping mall at the Defendant’s home without any particular office for about five years prior to the date of the occurrence of many damages due to the failure of the business, and the victim had a complaint against the performance room of a female employee employed around around 2016, but had maintained a close relationship with the above employee. As such, the Defendant continued conflicts with the victim due to the repeated act of the victim, i.e., the victim’s pathy upon withdrawal of alcohol, and the victim’s mathy.
