Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

Criminal facts

On February 8, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 6.5 million from the Ulsan District Court to a fine of KRW 6.5 million due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 4 million from the Ulsan District Court on June 15, 2016 to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

As above, the Defendant: (a) was a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice; and (b) was driving a Cice halog car on November 1, 2016 at approximately KRW 250 meters from the front of the rock market distance on the road in Ulsan-gu New-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, to the front road in Ulsan-gu, Seoul-ro, Ulsan-do, U.S., U.S., to the road in front of 87:218 percent of alcohol concentration during blood without a driver’s license.
