1. The Defendant’s KRW 70,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from March 18, 2015 to March 22, 2016.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 17, 2002, the Plaintiff obtained a permit to occupy and use the E system, the State-owned ditch, E system, 915 square meters, by requiring access to construct a church building in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. 1.
