1. The Defendant’s KRW 70,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from March 18, 2015 to March 22, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 17, 2002, the Plaintiff obtained a permit to occupy and use the E system, the State-owned ditch, E system, 915 square meters, by requiring access to construct a church building in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. The Plaintiff purchased the F system, 12,945 square meters, which is a part of the State-owned ditch, and included the 68 square meters in the road. The Plaintiff was divided into 20 square meters in Suwon-si, the Defendant, the land for the remainder of the access road, into 20 square meters (6 square meters, H road, 50 square meters, and 16 square meters in I road; hereinafter, the instant road site was divided into 66 square meters, H road, and 16 square meters in I road, which is a part of the Defendant’s agent, in consultation with the purchase with the Defendant and the J system

The agreement was entered into as described in the paragraph.

B. On September 3, 2002, J, the Defendant’s agent, received 30 million won (30,000,000) from the Plaintiff as land value with respect to the instant road site, and agreed as follows (hereinafter the instant agreement).

The plaintiff is Eul, and the defendant is Gap.

1. A, with respect to all documents (written consent to use, certificate of personal seal impression, permission for gratuitous reversion, road register seal) required by a permitting department, and seal stamps of a road site 20 square meters (66 square meters) in the G in the Suwon-si Suwon-si Metropolitan City G, shall be attached to B within 14 days.

A shall not engage in the same conduct without complying with the agreement to be agreed upon to B in any case after receiving land costs from B.

2. Eul does not provide Gap with approximately 50 square meters (150 square meters) of road sites among the land in the part of access roads to Eul to Gap without compensation and do not require Gap to compensate for the expenses incurred in building roads.

B shall comply within 14 days with A’s request for a document of consent to use on the road site (B-owned land) of the access road part for the authorization or permission of the land(G).

3. A is due to a road site (G 66m2) which is established by obtaining development activities from B with a private fund.
