The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s career and the relationship between the parties (1) was carried out by the Defendant’s sports center from around October 2, 2012 to around 2013, and the Plaintiff had been registered with the Defendant’s sports center on October 2, 2016, immediately after the discharge.

2) On November 12, 2016, the Plaintiff participated in the Defendant’s sports hall as a player, and the Plaintiff participated in the D Uniforms Meeting (Class 70km) and passed the Plaintiff’s participation in F in December 17, 2016, which was administered by an incorporated association E.

3) On June 3, 2017, the Plaintiff participated in the H Lottery Games (Grade 60km Grade) as a player belonging to the Daegu G G G G G G G G G G G G G G GG, and first participated in it.

4) From around December 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) was satisfying from the Defendant’s sports hall; (b) went back to the I Games (Satt Class) on February 3, 2018; and (c) was satisfying.

B. The name of the instant games is J's or hereinafter referred to as "the instant games").

1) The details of the application for participation are as follows: 1) The official letter prepared by the host party of the present Games; 1) the sports hall that submitted the application for participation; 2) the sports hall manager will audit the player's player's origin (not more than 4 e.g.) and e.g. (or the upper level) so that he can not be sold.
