Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From October 20, 2012, the Defendant sold fake petroleum products for vehicle fuel in Daegu North-gu B.

1. On October 24, 2012, from around January 17, 2013 to around January 17, 2013, the Defendant supplied fake petroleum products at KRW 43,00 per minute and sold fake petroleum products at an average of KRW 5,00 per day to unspecified drivers by selling them at KRW 46,00 per day by mixing 17 liters with a sofabrop with a capacity of identical to a sofabrop (total of 34 liters).

2. On October 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, kept 24 24 liters for the purpose of selling 24 fluor for vehicle fuel products mixed with small scambropers, a fake petroleum product, and Eeluters.

3. On November 7, 2012, the Defendant kept 42 fake petroleum products for the purpose of selling them for vehicle fuel at the above place.

4. On November 21, 2012, the Defendant kept 20 fake petroleum products for the purpose of selling them for vehicle fuel at the above place at around 14:30.

5. On November 27, 2012, the Defendant kept 25 fake petroleum products for the purpose of selling them for vehicle fuel at the above place.

6. On January 17, 2013, the Defendant kept 11 fake petroleum products for the purpose of selling them for vehicle fuel at the above place.
