A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In the Daegu District Court on March 12, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Daegu District Court to a fine of KRW 100,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, the summary order of KRW 2.5 million as a crime on December 21, 2010, and the summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine on February 19, 2014, respectively.

On March 26, 2019, at around 04:00, the Defendant driven D Lasta car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.142% at the same 3km section from the Do before the drinking house in the Daegu Dong-dong Gye Park to the same Gu-dong B apartment Cdong parking lot.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving under the influence of alcohol again.
