Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Where a small building, the total floor area of which does not exceed 100 square meters, it shall be reported to the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by Ordinance

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report the construction to the Gunsan City Mayor.

B. An existing building located in Gunsan-si C without permission of approximately 10.92 square meters of light-weight steel structure.
