1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,941,050 as well as KRW 22,348,410 among them, from January 26, 2016 to the day of full payment.

According to the contents of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including a branch number), and the purport of the whole pleadings, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the plaintiff was a company established by the above sectional owners for the operation of the commercial building C, the imposition and collection of management expenses. The defendant is the owner of the above commercial building from December 2, 201 to October 2015, and the defendant did not pay the total of KRW 25,941,050 (including the principal amount of KRW 22,348,410, and late 3,592,640) and did not pay the management expenses of the above head office from December 201 to October 2015.

Therefore, according to the Plaintiff’s claim as to the above KRW 25,940,050 and the principal amount of KRW 22,348,410 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 26, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the original copy of the payment order was served to the Defendant in this case.

As such, we decide to accept the Plaintiff’s claim with due reason, and decide as per Disposition.
