A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with a Saturday.

On July 11, 2015, the Defendant driving the said car as its service, and driving three-lanes of the five-lanes of the 332.2km at the Dondo Don-dong, Don-dong, Don-dong, Gyeong-dong, Seoul Coastal Highway at the speed of the U.S. at the lower speed.

The Defendant: (a) caused the foregoing occupational negligence to the above C’s salt, tensions, etc. to be treated for approximately 3 weeks; (b) caused the Plaintiff G (60) who was on board the above vehicle to suffer from approximately 1,3 times a conjection, and the injury of closed nature for approximately 6 weeks; and (c) at the same time, the amount equivalent to KRW 10,560,000 of repair expenses, such as a landing-on exchange, etc. for the above-mentioned vehicle; and (d) caused the damage of KRW 8,048,458 of repair expenses, such as the exchange of the front-time vehicle, and stopped immediately to the victim, and did not take relief measures for the victims.
