1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 7, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the facts that there is no dispute between the parties to the judgment as to the cause of claim, and the purport of the entire argument in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the facts in the separate sheet (the plaintiff and the debtor are the defendant) may be recognized respectively (the defendant did not submit a written answer containing specific contents without submitting only the "written objection against the payment order" with the formal content, and did not appear on the date of the pleadings of this case). Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff the delayed damages calculated by the ratio of 12% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 7, 2020 to the date of full payment following the delivery of the copy of the payment order of this case to the plaintiff.

2. The plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable.
