1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 130,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 20, 2017 to the date of full payment.

In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings in each statement in Gap evidence No. 1 (including the provisional number), the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff leased KRW 15,000,000 to the Defendant around July 29, 2013, around October 24, 2014, around 5,000,000, around October 27, 2014, around 10,000,000, around December 5, 2014; and KRW 15,00,000,000 around January 29, 2015; and KRW 30,00,000,00 around April 10, 2015; and KRW 10,000,000 around May 21, 2015; and KRW 30,000,000; and

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 130,000,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 20, 2017 to the date of full payment after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
