Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:50 on February 9, 2020, the Defendant driven a Chin vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.29% from the front of the “public parking lot in the Hanyang River basin,” located within the Manan-si Mayang-si, Mayang-si, to the front of the same Gu’s B hotel.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving a CBS car.
On February 9, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.29% around 00:45, while under the influence of alcohol, and driven the said car at a 0.29% speed, and driven the two-lane road in front of the “Ehanwon” D at Annyang-gu Mang-si at Annyang-si at Annyang-si.
At that time, the Defendant has a Hnaasi owned by the LAG in charge of operating two-lanes in the front bank, and thus, the Defendant has a duty of care to secure the safety distance with the vehicle in front and drive the vehicle safely by changing the vehicle line.

After all, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, destroyed the taxi to the extent of 518,736 won, such as the exchange of a cab following the cab, but failed to stop immediately and take necessary measures such as providing personal information to the victim.
