Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2018, around 03:19, the Defendant driven Benz 190-E cars while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 6km alcohol concentration of about 0.119% from the 6km of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the Olympic Games located in 29-gil-ro 69, Seo-gu.
