1. The defendant shall provide to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the "total sum of contract deposit" column in attached Table 1 and the first down payment among them.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant is a P1 apartment complex with a scale of 2,164 households on the ground of 2,000 square meters of commercial 2 block 68,839 square meters in Cheongju-gu Nilwon-gu Cheongju-si (hereinafter “instant apartment complex”).

2) The Plaintiffs directly enter into a sales contract with the Defendant for each of the relevant households or succeed to the status of the buyer from the existing buyer.

(3) According to the instant parcelling-out contract, the first buyer and the Defendant’s sales contract for the sales in lots (hereinafter “instant sales in lots”), and according to the instant sales in lots, the buyers pay 10% of the sales in lots at two times each, in six equal installments, the intermediate payment corresponding to 60% of the sales price is paid in six equal installments, and the remainder corresponding to 30% of the sales price is paid at the occupancy date. (4) The Plaintiffs only paid each amount listed in the column of “the sum of the contract deposit” listed in the attached Table 1 in the attached Table 1 among the sales price under the instant sales in lots, as stated in the first and second down payment column, and did not pay the remainder in full.

B. In the process of selling the apartment of this case from around April 2007, the Defendant advertised that the apartment of this case will be a multi-functional complex created by modern department stores, 55-story-marking hospitals, complex shopping malls, public office buildings and schools, green areas, and gallons, through the following information:

The term "public relations video works" as of the date on which the representative business district is formed in connection with the department store planning for the complex city of the Republic of Korea, the department store for the complex theater, and the department store for the city of Cheongju which is linked to the complex theater: construction plan and consultation for occupancy of major facilities: approximately 22,031, and the size of development: Mebbox(9).
