Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:20 on February 22, 2017, at around 23:20, the victim E (at least 55 years of age) who does not know at the stage D with the first floor D of the hotel C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, refers to the Defendant’s singing well; and (b) was why the victim gets a sense of shame by talking two times on the part of the Defendant’s clothes, and caused the victim’s injury to the victim’s face, by hand, at one time, the victim injured the victim at a high credit level of the left side of the victim requiring approximately three weeks of treatment period.
