A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 2008, the Defendant has experience of being punished for violating Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act, such as a summary order of 1.5 million won by committing a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court on September 17, 2014; a summary order of 4 million won by the same court on September 17, 2014; and a summary order of 7 million won by the same court on January 22, 2015; and a summary order of 7 million won by the same court on January 22, 2015, respectively.

【Criminal Facts】

At around 11:00 on March 22, 2016, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo Vehicles with approximately 150 meters alcohol concentration 0.060% from the front road of the city-do in the south-dong of Jeju to the front road of the Industrial Bank of Korea located in the same city-do movement around that time.

2. Around June 25, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a motor vehicle C, without a motor vehicle driver’s license, at approximately approximately 150 meters away from the water station near the water station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the road located in about 1:8,000, around the same time.
