Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 15:00 on June 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in front of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, brought a dispute with one another due to the examination of the victim C (the 40 years of age, south) and the Defendant’s victim; and (b) caused the victim to go beyond the road boundary by pushing the victim’s chest by hand, and caused the victim’s injury, such as “the front part of the front part of the front part of the road,” which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
